My name is Essence Britton I am a childcare provider in Kansas City, Mo.
I am the proud owner of She Cares Clubhouse which was established in 2018. I have had a passion for
children since I was a teenager. I have worked with babies, toddlers, school-age children and even
teenagers. I have a love for children that goes beyond explanation and that is why childcare was the
perfect career choice.
I am also a wife, mother of 3, and wear many other hats in business. I love to cook, learn new things
(especially about children), and work on my many crafts. I am currently in the process of expanding my
education in working with children and will continue to always educate myself for the advancement of my
program and the families I care for. My program will consist of making sure we connect with children
mentally, academically, and emotionally because I believe in being well rounded being well-rounded
and no just putting your focus in one area.
My plans for She Cares Clubhouse is to not just be a daycare, but be a place where children come and
learn, where children come and feel safe, and a place where children can have fun. My goals are to
create a place where children feel like they are at a home away from home.
To provide stellar care to each and every child that comes through our care as if they were our very own. Providing a quality service with an exceptional staff and making sure our children are growing through our program. Our main goal is to make sure that your child leaves our care knowing they are loved, safe, and cared for each time they encounter us.
Making the world a better place by instilling life skills, love, and fun in the world one child at a time.
We believe… That children are precious and must receive care from adults who are capable and caring--whose values enable them to be excellent role models. That children should experience numerous positive learning milestones, leading to an increased sense of competence and independence. That children's play is extremely vital to healthy physical development, acceptable social skills, and cognitive growth. That teachers, drawing upon their training and experience, must create an appropriate educational environment that carefully guides children from one developmental level to another. That parents contribute to and enhance the quality of care offered at She Cares Daycare.
At She Cares Clubhouse we believe in the art of communicating skill. Communication allows you to build the rapport you need to establish genuine relationships with your childcare families. Effective communication allows you to have smooth and comfortable interaction with your families. We make it a priority to make sure families feel secure in communicating with any member of our She Cares Clubhouse team.
Safety is not taken light at She Cares. We follow all of our city and state guidelines from dhss and we have even added our own layer of security measures to assist in the safe keepings of our children. We understand that you have left your most precious jewel in our care and we want to uphold every safety measure to protect our She Cares Clubhouse families.
Love is our language. We want to create an atmosphere so overwhelmingly warm that your child undeniably wants to be here. What stands out about She Cares is we create a home away from home atmosphere. Daycare should not be a place that is dreadful to attend everyday for your child and we make it our mission to create the opposite.
